Partha Iyengar is a vice president and research director in Gartner Research, located in India, where he covers applications development and offshore applications outsourcing.

He has written thought-leading research on AD process capability and global AD issues, and has done extensive research in global delivery. He actively tracks the business models of the leading offshore services vendors from India and other emerging countries and their competitive positioning with the traditional global service providers.
